Elita is a graduate of the Department of Physical Education and Sports Science of the University of Athens, while she has also attended the postgraduate program “Molecular & Applied Physiology” at the Medical School of Athens, specializing in Therapeutic Exercise.

In addition, he has been trained by the private body Studio One as a Group Exercise Leader, as well as as a Pilates Mat & Props Instructor, while he also holds the official Functional Movement Screen (FMS) certification. She has attended numerous other seminars and continues to deepen her knowledge on exercise.

She has collaborated with several gyms as a group instructor, while at the same time she works as a personal trainer in both healthy practitioners and practitioners with metabolic, cardiovascular and neurological problems. She has also volunteered in the Special Olympics Young Athletes program, aiming to develop motor skills in children aged 2-8 with intellectual disabilities and/or autism.

Its purpose is to transmit to you its love for exercise and to inspire you to make it a way of life, as its beneficial effect on the human body is irreplaceable.

Elita teaches Pilates mat & props in our school to both healthy and practitioners with musculoskeletal problems. He also undertakes the Personal and Group staff of the school.
