
Dance Gymnastics
In our school there are the following classes for you to train while dancing:
Zumba
Zumba is a fitness program that includes a lot of dancing! Inspired by Latin America, the program comes to rouse us by dancing to music we like. Perfect for sweating and having fun until the final fall! Through the smile we burn fat and drive away toxins along with stress!
DANCE
A fully danced program with many similarities to Zumba. Here, however, we do not only hear Latin but Greek and foreign rhythms from our everyday life. So we dance to the hits of the time with choreographies that take elements from jazz, oriental, Latin and hip hop. We burn a lot of calories in the best and most fun way.
Dance Movement
Dance Movement is a special combination of dance elements such as energy flow, balance, dynamic expression, along with elements of pilates and Yoga for proper posture and strength without straining the muscles. Stretching helps in good physical condition, elasticity and control of the body, as well as in well-being and in combating stress and tension of everyday life. It incorporates elements of classical and contemporary dance, in order to exercise the whole body evenly, and is addressed to all those who are looking for a different way of exercising and controlling the body.
Dance Fitness
Do you like dancing but feel like you want more freedom? You want to work out in a more free and fun way. A dance gymnastics class that combines fun and exercise without having any demands on you. We will warm up our body in the easiest way, we will train safely and we will dance freely without there being a right or wrong way. A course aimed at adults from 18 to 88 years old!
