Passion for Dance School Founder, Dance Teacher, Gymnast
My name is Karolidou Nikoletta and dance for me is breath. From a very young age I got to know the world of ballet, from which I was enchanted and, as a teenager, I decided that I wanted to make it a profession. I studied at the Despina Grigoriadou Higher Vocational School and graduated from the Higher School of RALLOU MANOU. With a lot of experience as a dance teacher in several amateur schools in Athens, and having participated in dance performances as a classical and contemporary dancer as well as a choreographer in children’s and adult classes, I continued my training with seminars on music and movement education, creative dance, as well as seminars on classical and contemporary repertoire. My love for a healthy body pushed me to enter the field of gymnastics and obtain a diploma in team dynamics and aerobic fitness programs. I am certified in swing straps, Kettlebells, Bosu and Fitballs. Finally, I am a certified Progressive Ballet Technique Instructor, in a need to develop my technique and that of my students. I have been working for over 10 years with preschool and school children, with my sole goal to promote the art of dance and to create or multiply their love for dance!
