Empowerment programs<\/h3>\n

In our school you have the opportunity to train without dancing requirements. You don’t need to have trained in the past, nor do you need to have the rhythm inside you. Choose which program best suits your style and see your body change. If you are interested in something more holistic, then you can choose a Pilates Mat & props section.<\/p>\n

Total reset<\/h3>\n

A course that concerns beginners or advanced practitioners of all ages. We restore our body through movement and exercise. The course has a continuous flow of energy gain using body weight and working functionally. If you want to get your body back in good shape or keep the one you already have then the “total reset” is what you need….<\/p>\n

TRX & more<\/h3>\n

A gym program with swing straps known to everyone as Trx. With their help we can train without using weights and avoiding unnecessary strain on our body. Ideal for building a strong core and shielding the waistband.
