It is characterized by an intense rhythmic kinesiology related to challenge and competition. Hip Hop as a dance consists of various techniques such as popping, waving and locking. In our class we also use different techniques of break dance. Breaking is constantly emerging, and in 2024 it earned its place in the Olympics.
