Xanthi Tsitoura <\/strong><\/h2>\n

Pilates Instructor<\/h2>\n

Xanthi is a gymnast and a graduate of the Department of Psychology of the Kapodistrian University. She has been certified as a Personal trainer, body & weight cross trainer at A. F. Studies. She has completed her training in Pilates mat & props at Studio one and Pilates reformer at Alterlife Academy. He specializes in all Pilates instruments, such as Reformer, Cadillac, chair, barrel and many more. <\/p>\n

She has been working as a personal trainer for the last 4 years. As a Pilates Instructor he has collaborated with gyms and pilates centers. Her course is characterized by positive energy and respect for the body. <\/p>\n
