HIP HOP \u2013 Breakin’<\/h2>\n

Le hip-hop est apparu pour la premi\u00e8re fois au d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 70. Il se caract\u00e9rise par une kin\u00e9siologie rythmique intense li\u00e9e au d\u00e9fi et \u00e0 la comp\u00e9tition. Le Hip Hop en tant que danse se compose de diverses techniques telles que le popping, le waving et le locking. Dans notre classe, nous utilisons \u00e9galement diff\u00e9rentes techniques de break dance. Le breaking ne cesse d\u2019\u00e9merger et, en 2024, il a gagn\u00e9 sa place aux Jeux olympiques.
