Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 certifi\u00e9e en tant qu\u2019entra\u00eeneur personnel, entra\u00eeneur crois\u00e9 corps et poids chez A. F. Studies. Elle a compl\u00e9t\u00e9 sa formation en Pilates mat &amp; props au Studio one et en reformeur de Pilates \u00e0 l\u2019Acad\u00e9mie Alterlife. Il se sp\u00e9cialise dans tous les instruments de Pilates, tels que le Reformer, le Cadillac, la chaise, le baril et bien d\u2019autres.   <\/p>\n<p>Elle travaille en tant qu\u2019entra\u00eeneur personnel depuis 4 ans. En tant qu\u2019instructeur de Pilates, il a collabor\u00e9 avec des gymnases et des centres de Pilates.
